Job role: CNC Miller & Setter Salary: £30,000-£40,000 DoE Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire Hours: 7:30 to 16:30 Monday to Thursday, 7:30 to 13:30 on a Friday Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Holiday: 33 days including Bank Holidays Overtime: Time 1/3 Benefits: Pension and on-site parking available The Company: Interaction Technical have partnered with a leading precision engineering firm specialising in the aerospace, automotive and motorsport industries based in Wellingborough on their search for an experienced CNC Miller Setter to join their growing Milling section.Our client produce components for various blue-chip companies within the Motorsport, Aerospace, Automotive and MOD industries. The Benefits: · £30,000-£40,000 salary dependent on experience · Overtime readily available at time 1/3 · 33 days including bank holidays · Pension · Ongoing commitment to training and progression · On-site parking · Clean working environment The Role: · You will program, set and operate multi axis Milling machines - up to 5 axis · You will produce small, complex batches of components to quality standards and tight tolerances. · You will be producing components for the aerospace, automotive, motorsport and MOD industries. · You will be using Haas and Matsurra 5 axis, fanuc controlled machinery. · You will join the busy Milling section and be extremely important to the running of the team The Requirements: · Minimum 5 years experience as CNC Miller Setter (essential) · Previous experience working on 5 axis milling machinery (essential) · Previous experience producing components for the aerospace, automotive and/or motorsport industries (essential) · Apprentice Trained (advantageous) · High attention to detail and able to work to tight tolerances · Self-motivated Interaction Recruitment have specialist consultants across the majority of industries within the UK, including but not limited to, Finance & IT, Technical & Engineering, Industrial, Commercial and Hospitality.
