Job Description

Office Administrator (Trainee)Wellingborough PermanentMonday to Friday, 35 hours per week: 9 am to 5 pmSalary is £19,000 Do you have a desire to gain more experience in an office-based role Do you have excellent organisational skills and attention to detailAre you customer service focused with good IT skills, looking to develop and gain further skills while working as part of a well-established teamIf YES, wed LOVE to hear from you today!Our client is seeking an Office Administrator to join their successful and established organisation.The Office Administrator will be responsible with supporting the administrative and customer service teams within the company. You will be regularly dealing with a variety of people, and you must be able to manage your own time to ensurea variety of tasks are completed in time and to a high standard.Key responsibilities and duties for the Office Administrator:

  • Handle incoming calls for all enquiries, directing to appropriate individuals where necessary and take messages.
  • Ensure all sales orders are processed on time and in line with customer requirements.
  • Manage amendments to orders and queries relating to order processing pre and post-sale.
  • Perform clerical duties including filing, scanning, and sorting incoming post.
  • Track outgoing shipments for customer orders.
  • Provide administrative office support to other team members.
  • Annual stock take support.
Key experience and skills required for the Office Administrator:
  • Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good IT Skills: Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Strong organisational, planning and time management skills.
  • "Can Do" attitude and desire to learn.
  • Able to work to strict deadlines.
