Sales Executive£30,000 w/ Uncapped CommissionWatfordThe CompanyA high quality distributor of home improvement products based in Watford. Their products are sold to the general public, construction companies, architects and trade. They are the market leader within their industry and can boast an enviable reputation.Due to expansion, we are partnered with them to recruit for a Sales Executive.The OpportunityThe objective of this role will be to identify and engage with our target client base. There is no cold calling within the role, rather you will strategically engage with new, lapsed and dormant clients whilst converting incoming enquiries and leads.The PersonWe are looking for a confident and dynamic sales person able to seek out new client opportunities through a variety of methods. You will be capable of building and developing long term relationships for repeat business.What this role can offer you:

  • Salary -We can offer a basic salary of £30,000
  • Uncapped Commission - the chance to double your basic salary dependent on performance
  • Monday - Friday - no weekends
Person Specification:
  • Experience- Ideally you will have at least 1+ years within a proactive sales role
  • Industry- We are a construction supplies distributor so experience in any similar sector would be advantageous but not essential - interior design, renovations, building materials, home improvements
  • Skills- You will be able to converse and sell to both B2B and B2C clients with an eye for a deal and a target driven nature
  • Personality- Ideally you will be confident and comfortable picking up the phone with a willingness to learn as well asbeingreliable and a good team player
  • Hours- You must be able to work from Mon-Fridayfrom 9-5
