CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLE you must be able to start on the 25th Nov We are looking for a of permanent Call Centre Agents to join this progressive household name in the Watford area. If this soundslike the role for you then read on.Initially your 3weeks training will be in the office, then working 2 days from home so good internet service required. You dont have to have worked in a call centre before but you must have excellent communication skills and have a passion for helping people. Whilst full training is given you must have good keyboard skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office applications.You will be taking high volume inbound calls from both members of the public and retailers The contact centre is open from 8am - 8pm Monday to Saturday and 9am - 5pm on Sundays and you will be need to be flexible with shifts as they are on a rota basis committingto a 37 hour week, £22k.
