Job Description

Home Manager - Good rated residential homeWatfordElderly, residential£60,000-65,000 paWere pleased to be supporting a high quality regional provider in appointing a manager for a medium sized residential home near to Watford. The home is purpose built and has a stable and experienced care team and excellent reputation in the local area.The new manager will be joining a successful home delivering high quality care.Requirements

  • Accomplished Home Manager - evidenced through achieving overall good and above CQC inspection ratings
  • Level 5 Diploma in Management or equivalent
  • Commercial and Private care sector knowledge
  • Comprehensive knowledge of regulation and legislation relevant to managing a care home
  • Engaging and positive leadership style
Responsibilities
  • Hold Registered Manager registration with CQC for the home
  • Management and development of care and support team
  • Delivering person centred care for all residents
  • Delegation of tasks to grow team competencies and accountability
  • Deliver financial Budget
Salary and benefits:
  • £60,000-65,000 pa basic salary DOSE
  • 40hrs per week
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
