EPoS Administrator My client a major name within Hospitality are seeking an EPoS Administrator to join the teamThe EPoS (electronic point-of-sale) system is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our trading units and for the provision of timely financial information to the company. Supporting the EPoS Manager, you will take responsibility for responding to all operational queries and work closely with other head-office departments, including field-based personnel.Main responsibilities: -resolving issues from trading units and head-office departments, referring any technical issues to our EPoS supplier-a first point of contact for trading units and other users within the business when contacting IT-performing various daily core tasks in the department-maintenance of the front-end of the EPoS database-co-ordinating requests for new and replacement hardware for pubs-exposure to a wide variety of projectsKey skills and experience: -great telephone manner-strong customer focus-proven organisational and administrative ability-PC literate-highly effective communications skills, both verbally and in writing-flexible and keen to learn-experience of working in hospitality, with an understanding of operational requirements, is desirable-excellent attention to detailCore hours: 37.5 (flexible to work between 7am-7pm, Monday-Friday, with additional regular weekend and occasional bank holiday work arranged on a rota basis, organised in advance)Benefits: 25 days` holiday (plus bank holidays) pro rata; bonus scheme, AXA PPP healthcare cover; contributory pension scheme ; ++THIS COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE CAR PARKING ++~~IF YOU HAVE NOT HEARD FROM US IN 5 WORKING DAYS YOUR CV HAS BEEN UNSUCCESSFUL ~~ Required skills
