Sales Support Coordinator

Job Description

The successful candidate will have experience of dealing with the overall order fulfilment process. Communicating with Customers, Logistics, and internal departments to provide the very best customer experience.Client DetailsShaws Since 1897 Limited is a manufacturer of high-quality heavy fireclay sinks based in Darwen.DescriptionKey Responsibilities:

• Managing activities throughout the order fulfilment and transport cycle.
• Processing orders, enquiries, and account activity on the internal ERP system.
• Issuing picking and packing paperwork to the warehouse.
• Produce relevant supporting Export documentation.
• Scheduling daily shipments, booking transportation.
• Liaising with international and domestic freight forwarders and couriers, to obtain quotations and resolve escalations.
• Support communication between Operations, Sales, and Accounts departments.
• Providing support for technical issues and Customer complaints.
• Operate as a team, providing support and cover for colleagues within the Department.

ProfileSkills & Attributes:

• Experience of working within a similar role within Export Sales.
• Good working knowledge of an ERP/MRP system.
• Strong planning and organisational skills, able to work at pace under pressure when required.
• Ability to prioritise workloads.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Takes ownership and adopts a proactive response to problem solving.
• Team player.

Qualifications and Experience Levels: Essential

• Minimum of 2 years experience in similar role within Export
• Working knowledge of ERP system
• MS Office Skills - Excel and Outlook

Desirable

• Experience of working within the Kitchen or Bathroom Sector.
