GEM are very excited to be partnering with END.Clothing to recruit a number of warehouse operatives for their state of the art logistics hub based on Parsons Road, Washington.Below is an overview of the shifts and rate of pay, where full training is provided to ensure candidates with OR without experience can enter the recruitment and selection process.Typical duties are working within the Goods In and Dispatch Teams, using handheld scanners ensuring all stock entering and leaving the facility is correct and accounted for.Shift Pattern:Late Shift - Monday to Friday - 15:15-23:15 - 37.5 hour weekPay:0-12wks16-20yrs = £9.0021yrs+ = £10.00Hours worked after 20:00 = 20% increase (so £10.80 & £12.00)Based on 37.5hrs on the Twilight shift they work 7.5hrs per day4.25hrs @ £10.00 p/hr3.25hrs @ £12.00 p/hrAVERAGE HOURLY RATE ACROSS THE LATE SHIFT IS £10.8613wks+16-20yrs = £9.5021yrs+ = £10.50Hours worked after 20:00 = 20% increase (so £11.40 & £12.60)Recruitment process:GEM TelescreenGEM interview and registrationEND.
