Seven Resourcing are looking for a number of Visitor Services Assistants to work in Sunderland. These positions are initially for a period of 3 months and involve working 30 hours per week (shifts to be discussed during interview). The hourly rate will be£11.59 per hour.The role: To deliver high standard front of house services and provide operational support to ensure a welcoming, safe and rewarding visitor experience within the Heritage, Museums and Arts service Ensure the smooth operation of visitor services prioritising the needsof the visitor at Arts Centre Washington and Sunderland Museum and Winter Gardens Maintain a healthy, safe and secure environment to ensure the safety and security of visitors, staff, contractors, museum collections, exhibition/gallery spaces and buildings.Actively and consistently promote Museum, Heritage and Arts activities (and other citywide cultural activity/venues) including programmed exhibitions, performances, activities and events. Facilitate the opening and closing of buildings and galleries. Operateevent and ticketing software (Artifax, Spektrix), public address systems, multimedia, CCTV and other IT equipment.Applicant Requirements: Qualifications:
