They are looking for someone semi skilled who has a counterbalance FLT license for an immediate start.The Role:Initially this will be a temporary role but we would expect it to become permanent from around July time.Youll be driving a fork lift (counterbalance) and also operating the bandsaw.The role will need you to move some metal lengths around the factory from the saw into the storage area.Working 38 hours a week. These are currently split across 4 days - Monday to Thursday 7am - 5pm. This may change and revert to 8am - 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am - 12pm on a Friday so youd need to be able to do eitherThe Person:A counterbalance FLT license is essentialIdeally experience operating some sort of machine would be great but this isnt essential as it can be taughtWe need someone physically fit who can move materials from place to placeReliable and willing to learn and adapt to different tasks when needed.An hourly rate of £12.45 is offered.
