Job Description

The CompanyMTrec Recruitment are currently recruiting for a prestigious company in the Washington area.The Role

  • Daily meetings with the team leader or supervisor
  • Picking and packing duties when required, and taking instructions from supervisors and management
  • Should have working knowledge of all warehouse departments and understand the systems used
  • Use of various machinery as and when required
  • Prioritise workloads within the department and production
  • Packing a range of different products
  • Completing paperwork
  • Regular quality inspections of products
  • Maintain the companys health & safety standards at all times
The Candidate
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive attitude and are willing to learn more skills on the job
  • Confidence on the job and are happy to take on more responsibility if necessary
The Hours
  • The first 3-4 weeks Training (08:00am 16:30pm)
  • Continentals 07:00 - 19:00/ 19:00 - 07:00
  • Assisting with overtime when required
The Pay
  • £9.50 + Shift allowance
  • Once permanent they receive a £40.00 weekly shift premium which turns out about £10.50ph
