Job Description

JOBS IN WASHINGTONBaltic Recruitment are currently looking for Production and Assembly Operatives for clients based in the Washington area. Our client is looking for a team player that they can rely on to quickly get up to speed and become competent in production methodswith a can-do attitude.They appreciate the value of all their employees, they strive to ensure everyone is provided with the opportunity to develop and play an active role in achieving the organisations aims and visions.Duties

  • Operating Machines
  • Working on a fast-paced production line
  • Quality checking
  • General warehouse duties
  • Following all health and safety on site
  • Following working instructions
  • Moving stock around the facility
Candidates
  • Be a good communicator.
  • Ready to take on new challenges.
  • Be proactive in troubleshooting production issues.
  • Positively engage in continuous development
  • Be proactive in managing workload.
