Overview £30,000 Per Annum 5/7 rota (40 hours per week) Must have Head Housekeeping experience in HotelsWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Housekeeper to join our team. As the Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel. If you have a strong background in hotel housekeeping and possessexcellent leadership skills, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities- Supervise and train housekeeping staff, ensuring they adhere to established cleaning procedures and standards- Assign daily tasks to housekeeping team members and monitor their performance- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with hotel standards- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of guest requests and maintenance issues- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed- Handle guest complaints or concerns regarding housekeeping services- Collaborate with the maintenance team to address any repairs or maintenance needs in guest rooms or public areas- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulationsRequirements- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory role- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemicals used in the hospitality industry- Excellent organisational and time management skills- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines- Exceptional attention to detail- Strong leadership and communication skills- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed If you are passionate about providing exceptional service, have a keen eye for detail,Enjoy leading a team, we would love to hear from you.
