This is a permanent role from day one. The role is based in Washington, Tyne and Wear. The organisation in question is a precisionengineering companyTHE ROLEProgramming a 3-axis vertical milling machine using fanuc controlsMachining various materials including mild steel, aluminium, inconel and other exotic materialsWorking to produce one offs and deliver batch runsInspecting partsTending to the upkeep of machineryReading engineering drawingsTHE PERSONTime served cnc milling machinistPrevious experience working as a lone worker with a cnc environmentCompetent with inspectionAbility to read drawingsCompetent with programming using Fanuc controlsExperienced machining various materialsTHE PACKAGEThis is a permanent role working Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm. The role follows a 38-hour week and you will be paid £16 per hour.
