A superb new opportunity has arisen to join a leading employer, working within their excellent HR team as a L&D Administrator.Reporting into the Shared Services Manager, you will be responsible for supporting employee queries, organising company events and training courses and administering payroll and benefits enquiries.This role is to start immediately and will be initially contracted for a 3 month period.The successful candidate will have 1 st class communication and interpersonal skills and be a highly organised and competent administrator. The role will require a high level of report running and providing data analysis so the HR Administrator will need high levels of accuracy and numeracy.Main duties will include;- To organise and coordinate events within the talent and resource function such as learning courses and assessment centres.- Provide learning and development and administration support for recruitment, when required.- Responsibility for providing and collating data reports to Head of Talent and resource, such as co- ordinating PDR reports and providing detailed analysis of information.- Organisation and co-ordination of Training courses and events, such as graduations, assessment centres and administration required after such as evaluations.-Data analysis of reports such as completion rates of e-learning, PDR performance score reports, PDR SMART objectives report, and completion rates of leavers discussions on a monthly basis.- Collating information for the succession plan for the business, working on creating Talent Card information for Group.- Providing administration support to Head of Talent and Resource - as and when required, such as Credit card information on a monthly basis and booking hotels or travel when necessary.- Maintenance and enhancement of the company e-learning platform.Enhancing the platform to be used for various activities, such as the onboarding process.- Roll of mandatory e-learning to meet legislative requirements and identification of which modules are mandatory.- Administration of the apprenticeship levy and tracking of financial transactions in the DAS System and audit of the off the job training on a quarterly basis on ensure compliance.- Updating the Training database and Training waiting list. Using the PDR Development need report to maintain the Waiting List. Maintaining Training Database after each course and event.- Taking ownership and being the acknowledged expert of the PDR system on ResourceLink and the PDR process.- Calibration of PDR performance reviews.- Provide administration support to recruitment when required and support in delivering recruitment training to people managers.- Working on the enhancement of Learning and Development processes, such as ways of improving reporting, working alongside HR Shared Services Team to do this. - Processing invoices, providing POs and maintaining the administration of the L&D Budget.- Collation, maintenance and administration of work experience and interns in the Business.- Allocating leavers discussions to HR BusinessEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE- Ability to prioritise, work quickly and accurately with a high volume of work in time allocated- High competency in the use of Microsoft Office 365 and advanced user of Excel.- Ability to learn about new on-line systems quickly and willingness to further develop the processes for better efficiency.- Strong face to face and telephone communication skills.- Excellent written English and good level of verbal reasoning.
