My client based in the Stratford-upon-Avon area (CV37) area is looking to recruit a Temp Administrator on an ongoing temporary basis, there is a chance it may develop into a Permanent role. The position is working in a busy Transport Office where you willbe working with drivers of different nationality.The main responsibilities of the role include- Dealing with Drivers as they arrive onto site, managing relevant paperwork- Preparing Documentation for drivers to leave site - Managing the admin for any fleet maintenance issues- Track drivers if required using in-house software- Receive visitors, answer telephone calls, deal with correspondence and incoming post- General AdminAs a suitable candidate you will offer the following- Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal but not essential- Good IT Skills incl MS Office- an ability to get on with people at all levels- Excellent communication skills both written and oralThe hours are Mon-Fri 0630-1800 and the pay-rate on offer is £12 an hour.
