Job Description

Salary:Competitive Salary About the roleWe have a new opportunity for an experienced Senior Technical Analyst to join our in-house Ripon IT team. The main purpose of the role is to support and maintain our Digital Workplace environment across the Wolseley UK Businesses.This role would suit someone with experience within an IT Collaboration role who can communicate well is a logical thinker, with strong planning and organisation skills.You will be responsible for:

  • Ensure the required level of end-to-end performance of the Digital Workplace Service is achieved
  • Input into future developments and technology trends in relation to scope of Digital Workplace
  • Help document procedures and keeping service diagrams and related material up to date.
  • Provide technical expertise in all areas in the Digital Workplace domain
  • Liaise with Architect teams in relevant technical areas, to develop architecture and standards
  • Liaise with Group Engineering teams to support relevant technical areas and evaluation activities
  • Testing, maintaining, and monitoring programmes, equipment, and systems to ensure their highest level of performance
About you
  • 2+ years experience in an IT Collaboration role
  • Organised, proactive, strong communication skills, ability to work cross functionally
  • Experience of supporting and maintaining:
  • Microsoft Exchange cloud and on-premises infrastructure services
  • Email security and protection (O365 ATP)
  • Office 365 Tenant Administration and Architecture
  • Microsoft Teams Administration
