Job Description

Vickers Neal are delighted to be working with Elegant Clutter based in Warwick.Elegant Clutter started out as a small family setup nearly 30 years ago and has now evolved into a highly successful, 50-strong Art Consultancy, delivering original and inspirational artwork to high-profile companies in countries all over the world - from Londonto New York."At Elegant Clutter we believe that art can be anything. We also believe that anything is possible. So, we created Art Story, an international art consultancy that knows no limits. We are building a team that will help grow Elegant Clutters art andsculpture business on a global scale."Due to their continued expansion, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Ledger Clerk to work full time Monday to Friday at the Headquarters in Warwick Your main duties will include:

  • Setting up new clients
  • Producing invoices & Proformas
  • Submitting invoices via email or onto client portals
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Running off client statements
  • Chasing up outstanding debts
  • Sorting out any rebates and filing
  • Interacting with internal database to update sales info & approve POs
  • Producing Month End reports for analysis
  • Liaise with clients & stakeholders with phone or email queries
  • Collaborate with the other department managers to support overall department goals and objectives.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and customer service skills, be able to multi-task and meet deadlines as well as the ability to communicate at all levels.This is a role for someone with passion and drive. They must be PC proficient and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
