Our purpose is building trusting relationships and our vision is to be an independent,responsible, sustainably profitable, and globally focused firm, known for building trusting relationships.The RoleAs a Records Assistant you will provide support to the Records team with the transferral of cases onto our case management system and the maintenance of those records.In this role, your responsibilities will include:- Inputting batches of new Patents, Trade Marks and Design cases onto our IP Management system (Patricia)- Preparing and filing forms with the EUIPO & UKIPO- Inputting new client/applicant details onto our case management system- Providing support in handling all incoming Trade Mark and Design correspondence from agents and clients including certificates and general queries- Providing support in updating filing information, filing receipts, official letter deadlines and responses onto our IP Management systemAbout YouTo join us as a Records Assistant, youll need:- Demonstrable experience of working in a similar role within a Records team- Strong organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to recognise and meet deadlines- Good communication skills and ability to interact at all levels- A strong desire to learn and a willingness to become involved- Ability to work individually and within a team- Good Microsoft package skills particularly Outlook, Word and ExcelYour Rewards- Competitive salary- Benefits such as healthcare cash plan and additional holiday purchase scheme- Flexible working options- Enhanced Parental Leave options- Positive and welcoming work environmentThis is a brilliant opportunity to strengthen your existing experience with one of the leading intellectual property law firms in Europe.
