Job Description

* Hybrid working (2 days from home, 3 days in the office)* WarwickWe have recently announced the creation of Pilgrims Shared Services, a fourth stand-alone company, which will bring together some of the support functions of our current three businesses (Moy Park, excluding France and Netherlands, Pilgrims UK & PilgrimsFood Masters). Its purpose is to deliver a high-quality shared service to those three businesses.As the business grows, this shared service will broaden opportunities for career development as part of a far larger organisation. We will also continue our investment in technology to drive efficiencies and improved ways of working.A dedicated Transactional Services team will be created to deliver a high-quality and cost-effective service to the Business Units. Reporting to the HR Admin Team Lead, we are pleased to advise that we are now recruiting for an HR Administrator.The RoleThis role will hold overall responsibility and accountability to provide an excellent level of administrative service ensuring all administration activities are provided in a timely and efficient manner. This is a busy and varied role where you will need tobe able to build relationships with employees and managers across the business unit.Job Responsibilities* Manage the administration of the employee Hire to Retire lifecycle* Issue employment contracts and new joiner documentation.* Onboard new employees, process new joiner documentation including right to work checks and health screening* Process all changes to employees Terms and Conditions including letter generation* Manage and process all employee and manager queries raised via the HR service desk* Ensure all People HRIS systems are up to date with employee data* Prepare and process weekly and monthly payrolls ensuring accurate and timely completion* Act as first point of contact for all payroll related queries and resolve any discrepancies* Provide reporting and data as requiredWhat Youll Need* Preferred experience with SuccessFactors, Kronos & ServiceDesk Plus* Previous experience in a similar administrative role, with some understanding of HR Procedures and Best Practices* Awareness of confidentiality and handling confidential information securely* Strong attention to detail* Good knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Office, as well as good telephone manner.* Excellent written and oral communication skills.* Excellent verbal, written and numeracy skills.* Excellent organisational skills including the ability to manage time and prioritise effectively.* An ability to work independently and on your own initiative within specified guidelines or processes.* Well-developed interpersonal skills and able to deal with colleagues at all levels.* An ability to work appropriately with confidential and sensitive information.Whats in it for you * Competitive salary & employee benefits platform. * Access to the employee assistance program. * Flexible, hybrid working environment.
