Whilst it is important that you bring an effective and efficient approach, it is also critical that you bringcreativity and vision to enable the programmes to realise their full potential.As an experienced senior manager, you will lead the organisation’s Workforce Wellbeing Programme, bringing together a range of projects and activities that respond to the challenges and emotional distress faced by the NHS workforce on a daily basis.Or, you will lead the Living Well Programme, bringing together a range of projects and activities that respond to the challenges presented by inequality and help to unlock the power of people and communities to create health, maintain good health and tomanage as effectively as possible whilst living with one or more chronic conditions which in turn seeks to reduce or avoid demand on NHS servicesAbout YouWhichever Programme you lead, you will have experience of:
