* £40,000 - £45,000 DOE* Bonus* HybridMy client are in the Campaign Top 100 places to work, Drum Digital finalist (Europe), are a Google Premier Platinum Partner and are accredited by Tik Tok.They have a client roster that includes but is not limited to;- NHS- Amazon- Mercedes Benz- EE- HSBC- Deloitte- National TrustThey are continuing to build out their teams in Warwick and Bristol (they operate a full hybrid model and you only need to go to office once per week) and they are now after a Media Manager with media buying / planning experience.As a Media Manager you work across multiple channel disciplines- TV, OOH, Print, Radio & DigitalBe able to demonstrate planning and wider understanding of media planning strategy & tools.You will most certainly have strong negotiation skills to ensure value when purchasing space on behalf of clientsSkills & Behaviours * Adept at managing a diverse workload, and able to prioritise* A clear understanding of different media types - TV, OOH, Radio, Print, Digital etc. and their role in communications* Demonstrate an active interest in your clients business, marketplace, and consumers* Develop an understanding and ability to contribute to planning work and storytelling* Actively build relationships with media owners* Plan, negotiate and buy media space on behalf of our clients.* Strong attention to detail* Comfortable with numeracy* Understand how to effectively reach a clients target audience within budget.* Use industry tool skills as appropriate i.e. Addynamix, MediaTel* Actively contributing to planning responses, not only through the final work to client but proactively identifying relevant media opportunities* Present confidently to clients and to internal stakeholder* Keep Client Partners abreast of new media developments and opportunities, and the continual developments of their media investment.What youll get in return* £40,000 - £45,000 DOE* Hybrid working ( 1 day in the office a week)* Bonus* Training and development* Pension* Growing departmentPlease press apply now or contact John on
