On behalf of our Public Sector client, Network Public Sector are seeking Maintenace and Minor Works Surveyors (Building)These positions are considered within IR35 and the max rate advertised of £250.00 per day is based on Umbrella.Reporting to Management the successful applicants will be responsible for carrying out surveys on a variety of building types and sizes. These could range from large administration type building to smaller let units.They will be responsible for the identification, procurement and delivery of timely maintenance solutions to the building users whilst managing customers expectations and relationships.Successful candidates will be expected to clearly demonstrate extensive experience in this type of role and be a member of a recognised institute eg MCIOB or RICS.This is an IMMEDIATE INTERVIEW / START position so if interested and available at short notice please get in touch with the advising consultant Ken Wood
