Job Description

Position: Internal Sales AgentSalary: £11.28 p/hContract: Approx 5 month Temporary Contract. Start ASAP to June 2023Location: Warwick. Office based.Working Shifts: 8:30-17:00/9:00-17:30 37.5 hours p/w***An Internal Sales Agent role that will open the door to further opportunities***Reed Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be representing a company that have a fantastic culture of inclusivity and fairness. During this project timescale, and due to internal promotions, our client is looking to recruit 1 x Internal Sales Agents on a temporary basis, to help support the existing Internal Sales team.Joining a team of 12 Internal Sales professionals, duties will include:

  • Manage email and telephone enquiries (inbound and outbound calls)
  • Add prospect data to CRM database
  • Answer enquiries relating to bulk and cylinder business
  • Follow up leads relating to recent measurement & costing appointments/site visits
  • Make appointments for the Field Sales colleagues
  • Make cold calls to prospects (including commercial customers but mainly domestics customer)
  • Contact customers with post appointments surveys
  • Proactively promote our clients services/products
  • Assisting and supporting other departments when necessary
Person specificationwhat would make you a great fit:
  • Relevant experience within the Energy Market (LPG) would be highly advantageous
  • Previous sales experience is essential (B2C or B2B, product or service)
  • Experience of dealing with and managing customer complaints
  • Some admin experience is essential
