Job Description

IFA Administrator - Growing ConsultancyWarwick - £competitive depending on experience.A growing Financial Advisory firm who have two entrepreneurial Directors are looking to develop their support team with the recruitment on a technical administrator. The company who have around 20 members of staff have created an excellent working environmentwith strong systems, processes and a forward thinking team.This key role would support paraplanners and advisors with a variety of tasks including -

  • Produce all client correspondence including review letters, authorization and application forms.
  • Prepare for meetings - client review packs with associated research, notes and reports.
  • Handle valuations, transfers, client withdrawals and other account transactions.
  • Ensure systems are updated with all client correspondence.
  • Liaise with third parties ensuring all applications, client actions and changes are processed quickly and efficiently.
  • Assist with general office administration as and when required.
  • Support the operations manager with the management of clients, projects, upgrades and changes to processes.
  • Update your regulatory knowledge and ensure you are aware and comply with compliance procedures.
