Job Description

Competitive salary + Bonus Join a Top Employer 2022..We are looking for a proactive HR Systems Specialist to join our busy HR Systems/MI Team based in Warwick, this role will report into the HR Helpdesk and Systems Manager.We offer hybrid working which includes remote working 2 days a week, along with a collaborative office-based environment at our modern offices.This role will play a crucial part in the Workday HR System we have recently launched, ensuring the integrity of the database structure and data in the systems.The successful person will act as a key part in the ongoing system development and configuration, they will support teams to ensure processes and systems are managed and updated to offer the best possible customer service across all levels of the business.Up for the challenge Heres what wed like you to have:

  • Workday knowledge is preferable; however, we would also consider someone with a HR Systems background
  • Proven, demonstrable experience in Business Process, mass data loading, payroll systems and security roles
  • Strong all-round IT skills including the use of HR systems, database input, data manipulation, use of MS Office Applications including Excel
  • Experience of putting in place new processes or procedures to ensure continuous improvement
