HR Admin Team Lead - Shared ServicesFull Job DescriptionWe have recently announced the creation of Pilgrims Shared Services, a fourth stand-alone company, which will bring together some of the support functions of our current three businesses (Moy Park, excluding France and Netherlands, Pilgrims UK & PilgrimsFood Masters). Its purpose is to deliver a high-quality shared service to those three businesses. We are looking for someone to join us on a 6 month interim role to support the initial set up of the Admin team in PSSL.As the business grows, this shared service will broaden opportunities for career development as part of a far larger organisation. We will also continue our investment in technology to drive efficiencies and improved ways of working.A dedicated Transactional Services team will be created to deliver a high-quality and cost-effective service to the Business Units. We are pleased to advise that we are now recruiting for a HR Administration Team Leader.The RoleThis role will hold overall responsibility and accountability for the day to day running of the HR Shared Service administration team in line with SLAs. This team provides HR services to Pilgrims Food Masters within its European footprint . The Team Leaderwill be required to ensure service offerings adhere to core company processes, while meeting local legislative requirements in both the UK and Republic of Ireland.This will be a hybrid role.What Youll Need* Proven experience of leading and managing a HR administration team, preferably in a shared service environment* Proven experience of processing transactional HR activities in the UK & Ireland* Experience processing HR change data in readiness for payroll processing* Experience using SAP Success Factors and Kronos* Demonstrated ability to process, record and report data* Possess effective communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels to maintain and build vital relationships* Evidence of process improvement implementation and mindset* Ability to organise and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines and have the drive to deliver results is essential* Strong work ethics and reliability, with meticulous attention to detail* Strong IT skills is essential to ensure process efficiencies
