We are currently working with a Global Systems Integrator in the West Midlands to help find them a dynamic and commercially minded Chief Financial Officer. The Company specialises in telecoms and security across a variety of verticals.The CFO will join the Executive Board and partner with the CEO and commercially astute senior management team to play an instrumental role, leading and growing the business both nationally and across its international network in the USA, Europe, Middle East,and Western Asia.Key Responsibilities include Providing leadership, management, and coordination of all finance, tax, IT, banking, and insurance aspects for the Group; Representing the financial interests and wishes of the Board of Directors and ultimately the Shareholder withstrong strategic input; Ensuring that there are sufficient resources to discharge accountabilities and ensuring robust systems, controls and processes are in place with a clear focus of driving fiscal performance; embracing the philosophy of continuous improvement,seeing ways to engage working relationships, communicate effectively, motivate, develop improve and retain the workforce.The ideal candidate must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, and ACMA) and preferably live within commutable distance from Warwick.
