Boasting a £15m turnover, they are widely recognised as the best in theirfield.The Role:As the Finance Manager, you will lead a team of three, taking charge of:

  • Comprehensive Financial Management:
    • Preparation of full management accounts, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and strategic planning.
    • Oversight of financial accounts and audit, ensuring seamless filing of statutory accounts.
    • Serving as the primary point of contact for external auditors.
  • Tax and Payroll Mastery:
    • Managing corporation tax, scrutinising computations for provisioning and final return.
    • Overseeing pensions and payroll processes with precision.
  • Strategic Collaboration:
    • Working closely with the Board on all financial matters, contributing to strategic decision-making.
What We Seek:To thrive in this role, you should possess:
  • Full qualification in ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
  • Proven experience in successfully managing a finance team, coupled with expertise in the outlined duties.
