Vickers Neal Recruitment are currently working with Elegant Clutter based in Warwick. Elegant Clutter specialise in creating bespoke art pieces for the interiors of commercial projects, offering an end-to end service, designing, manufacturing and installingart in the UK and Europe.We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant on a full-time permanent basis. This is a broad and challenging position where you will be required to cover duties for both Elegant Clutter and also their restaurant (The Art Kitchen)both are based in Warwick.In order to fulfil the essential requirements of the post it is imperative that you have proven experience relating to the following:- Processing Invoices- Credit control- Cash receipts / payments / bank reconciliations- Purchase Order Database - Creating POs and updating system (training will be provided)- Downloading sales orders/invoices/etc from websites & emails- Dealing with internal and external queries- Collaborate with the other department managers to support overall department goals and objectives.Reporting to the Financial Controller, the successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and customer service skills, be able to multi-task and meet deadlines as well as the ability to communicate at all levels.This is a role for someone with passion and drive as well as the ambition to make this small but growing department their own. They must be PC proficient and able to thrive in a fast pace setting.
