Your Coop are looking for a Executive PA to join our society. Were proud to be owned by our members, and wed love to be owned by you.As an Executive PA, you will: Primarily responsible for two Executive members, in addition to providing support to the Executive team as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently Help support communication between Executives and their wider teams, liaising with internal and external stakeholders on various projects and tasks. Manage scheduling for the Executive members, including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, stakeholder management and other company logistics, resolving appropriate actions on behalf of the Executive members. Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the Society. Organise team events, both internally and externally. Receiving visitors in a polite and efficient manner, ensuring that all the necessary security procedures are adhered to. Providing administrative support for meetings, ensuring the provision of relevant files/documentation as required. Producing monthly Executive Reports for the Executive members. Producing reports, letters, presentations, and graphical information as required, often to meet tight deadlines.
