Our client is an established company based in Warwick, specialising within the motor vehicle manufacturing sector. They are now looking to acquire the services of an experienced FP&A Manager reporting directly to the EMEA Finance Controller, with the roleprimarily involved with managing costs for regional functions and projects, using financial/quantitative metrics and ad-hoc data analyses and helping establish new, actionable, operating metrics and reports as well as compiling and collating monthly reportsand allocating regional cost centre costings. This is a wonderful opportunity, which would suit an individual who is a self-starter, passionate and resilient looking to work in a varied, dynamic environment, offering the scope for credible career development.Main Responsibilities: * Assist in preparation regional Aftermarket consolidated financial statements for MBR monthly management reporting and group reporting in OneStream.* Preparation and support of EMA and ALT presentations each quarter, providing critical insight on business trends and strategic initiatives.* Support SEC external reporting requests including variance analysis and revenue growth analysis.* Preparation of internal management reports supporting annual business plans, actual, forecast and budgets/long-range planning.* Working closely with the Business Partnering Team.* Supervise the income statement analysis and management reporting process.* Complete P&L walks and consolidation of EMEA AFM.* Work closely with regional RVPs and regional function leads to understand market and industry trends for budgeting and quarterly reporting.* Maintain and interpret key performance indicators for the business.* Complete special projects as assigned in line with agreed timescales and budget.* Utilise inhouse technologies such as Power BI.* Continuously look for new ways to make reporting more efficient and making best use of technology - creating a best in class environment.Key Skills & Experience: * University Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting; CIMA/ACCA is strongly preferred.* High proficiency in MS Office, particularly with Hyperion, Excel, and PowerPoint.* Experience of financial reporting or finance experience within a regional environment.* Experience working in regional matrixed organisations, developing relationships across geographically dispersed area, at different levels, with no common language across all levels.* Comfortable working with large data sets, able to undertake decisions by being detailed orientated, using analytical thinking, considering a variety of options, and providing recommendations supported by data including KPIs.* Resilient, self-starter, able to constructively challenge whilst building capable and resilient teams.* Collaborative, can communicate effectively and create positive cross-functional relations.* Commercial acumen and passion to think strategically and logically with strong data analytical skills, ability to present business/financial modelling to a variety of teams across the business.* Strong people management skills including mentoring, leadership, and coaching.Additional Information: * Flexible hybrid working - 2 days a week minimum in the office.* 25 days holiday and bank holidays.* 8% annual bonus based on performance.* Healthcare and pension scheme (maximum 9%).If you would like to apply for this opportunity, please submit an up-to-date CV including details about your current or most recent salary and your availability/notice period.
