We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join a leading Automotive Insurance Administrator based in Warwick. As Customer Service Advisor you provide customer service, administration, and general support to Customers via inbound andoutbound phone calls, live chat and email. As Customer Service Advisor you will need to deliver an excellent customer journey whilst adhering to the relevant financial regulations whilst in a fast paced environment.As Customer Service Advisor you will handle a range of inbound correspondence relating to a variety of queries such as updates on claims; amending customers details; direct debit queries; complaints and cancellations. You will also assist Dealerships andInternal Stakeholders with relevant queries. The role will also have a focus on completing a number of admin based tasks including the shared management of a central inbox. The role will require some outbound calling when updating a customer on their claim.The right candidate will ideally have experience in a customer service based environment ideally from a contact or call centre; or customer facing environment. The role is not a call centre environment but there will be a high volume of calls and an understandingof a fast paced environment is essential. The right person will be a strong communicator; able to provide a positive approach and deliver excellent customer service at all times.The role is a permanent position working Monday - Friday; 8.30am-5pm and operating a hybrid working pattern of 2 days at home and 3 days working from their modern Warwick office. On offer is a salary of £21,500 per annum with an opportunity for a performancebased bonus up to £2,000 per annum.
