Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Claims Assessor to join a leading Automotive Insurance Administrator based in Warwick. As Claims Assessor you will investigate automotive insurance claims for customers across Alloy Wheel, Interior and Minor Damage protectionproducts. This role is heavily customer service and admin based; you will ensure an excellent customer journey from initial logging of claim to final conclusion.As Claims Assessor you will make initial contact with customers following them uploading a claim via an online portal. You will be required to give them a clear insight into the claims procedure; outline all relevant documentation and follow up with theClaims Admin team to ensure all documentation has been provided. Once in a position to review and investigate you will assess the information provided as to the validity of the claim. The role will require lots of collaborative communication with customers;external automotive parties and internal stakeholders.The right candidate will ideally have experience in a customer service or admin based environment. The role requires a good eye for detail; an excellent telephone manner and the ability to complete time sensitive administrative tasks. The right person willbe a strong communicator; able to provide a positive approach and deliver excellent customer service at all times. Our client is open to background and is looking for an enthusiastic and willing to learn candidate.The role is a permanent position working Monday - Friday; 8.30am-5pm and operating a hybrid working pattern of 3 days at home and 2 days working from their modern Warwick office. On offer is a salary of £21,500 per annum with an opportunity for a performancebased bonus up to £2,000 per annum.
