Job Description

Brand and Marketing ManagerWe’re looking for an experienced and confident brand and marketing manager to join the communications team on a fixed term maternity cover contract.This is an exciting time to join NHS Charities Together as we begin to plan and deliver against our newly launched strategy, to achieve our vision of a future with a thriving NHS and the best possible healthcare for everyone.This role will lead on our brand activity, which will play a vital role in achieving that vision.Position: Brand and Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover)Location: Remote/Hybrid (Some travel to London and our offices in Warwick required each month)Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum depending on experienceHours: Full Time (35 hours per week)Contract: Fixed Term (9 - 12 months)Benefits: 10% pension contributions, 28 days’ annual leaveClosing Date 26th JanuaryInterview: w/c 5th February (dates TBC)The Role:This role is instrumental in planning and delivering key brand marketing activity and projects and leading on the day-to-day management of the NHS Charities Together brand.You will work collaboratively with other teams across the organisation and external partners to deliver high profile and integrated brand marketing campaigns, and you will ensure our brand identity and key messages are used consistently and effectively acrossall marketing and communications.Key responsibilities include:

  • Plan and deliver brand marketing activities.
  • Brand management
  • Support on the roll-out of new brand messaging and toolkits and deliver brand inductions for new starters.
About YouTo be successful in this role you will be confident and experienced in planning and managing brand marketing campaigns in the charity sector, with exceptional project management skills and the ability to hit the ground running and work independently.You will have:
  • Experience in managing marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels to achieve key targets, with particular focus on brand campaigns.
  • Experience working with and managing external agencies (media and creative).
  • Experience in developing brand toolkits and overseeing the implementation of brand guidelines and key messaging across various marketing and communication materials.
  • Experience monitoring brand metrics, conducting audience research and analysing insights.
  • Experience of developing brand creative and content that aligns to brand guidelines, is audience-centric and channel optimised.
  • Experience of managing user journeys and taking a data-led approach to planning, measurement, and optimisation.
  • Experience of writing/editing and proof-reading impactful content with a focus on motivating and engaging supporters
  • Excellent project and people management skills; able to deliver plans on time and budget, and manager multiple stakeholder input.
