Job Description

Competitive Salary + BonusAbout the roleWere seeking a creative person with a passion for writing to join us as a Bids and Tender Writer as part of our Bids and Tender Management Team.The focus for this role is to work on multiple tender opportunities across various business units, writing responses simultaneously, the Bid Writer/Coordinator provides project management, written and time critical support to the bid team.This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours - Monday - Friday.No previous experience in the trade industry is necessary for this role, full training will be provided, you will be surrounded by a supportive team where you will have the opportunity to grow and develop!You will be responsible for:

  • Completing written responses for tenders and customer proposals
  • Proofreading information before submission into customer portals
  • Pre-engage with customers and sales team to understand their key requirements
  • Management of a library of information on bid submissions, general company information and all relevant documents that can be easily accessed via the shared drive for future bid submissions
  • Managing the Bids & Tender Management Internal website, shared folders for submissions etc
About you
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and diverse environment
  • Organised and able to manage own workload
  • IT skills, including proficient in Word and PowerPoint
