Job Title: Store ManagerThe purpose of the Store Manager is to develop and sustain effective management activities that maximise sales & profit targets within the Store, provide optimum customer services and ensure compliance of all company and legislative procedures and policies.About You: We are looking for a goal orientated manager with a proven management and sales track record. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and can provide exceptional customer service. The role requires someone who is organised and canmanage their own and others time effectively.Storage experience is not necessary, but people management experience and a record of achieving KPIs is essential. The key aspects of the role are converting sales, people management and administration. The biggest challenge is hitting the store targets.Candidates who are always looking for new and better ways of doing things are welcomed in this role.Who were looking for: Goal oriented, with a proven sales track record Thrives in a varied, team environment Excellent communication skills and customer service skills A good level of numeracy and people management experienceWhat youll do:Sales and Customer Serviceo Convert sales and help customers make informed decisionso Achieve sales targets by maximising sales opportunitieso Provide outstanding customer service, always keeping our values in mindo Resolve customer complaints, address customer concerns, and explain company or store policiesStore growth and development:o Meet the revenue and growth targets, and control costs within a reasonable jurisdictiono Manage the growth and development of the store and employeeso Demonstrate an active approach to achieve goals and objectivesManage and train employees:o Recruit, train, develop and support staff to keep the standards of your team higho Motivate staff to give their best resultso Provide high levels of leadership, encouragement, training, and support in order to help others achieve their results and meet their budgetsAdministration:o Ensure effective administration of the store so that company systems, policies and procedures are always adhered too Create and implement effective marketing plans, and monitoring and reviewing results at regular intervalso Promote the store in the local community by networking and liaising with local shops and businessesMaintenance:o Take pride in the site and maintain excellent standardso Ensure a safe and healthy environment for both staff and customersCharity Participationo We are committed to Corporate Social Responsibility, and we all dedicate 1% of our working time to volunteering or raising funds for charity.
