Job Description

My client; a successful dealership based in Warrington are looking for a professional, enthusiastic and motivated Warranty Invoicing Administrator to join their expanding business. You will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, invoices and associated paperwork for all work to be completed within the company and manufacturer guidelines.The Role

  • You will be preparing and submitting Repair and Maintenance Warranty claims ensuring the
  • quality and compliance of all documentation. Alongside this, you will be supporting the service operations with effective WIP control.
  • Who we are looking for:
  • The ideal candidate will have experience of using Kerridge and a detailed working knowledge of the warranty process, whilst ensuring the highest possible levels of quality and customer service. Although this is not essential, as full training will be provided.
  • Experience working in an automotive comparable role is essential as they need someone to hit the ground running.
  • You must possess excellent administrative skills and be organised and confident n your abilities.
  • Whats on offerThey will be looking to offer you a basic salary between £23,000 - £25,000, depending on experience. The bonus scheme is worth around £7,800 annually, giving you an OTE between £31,000 - £33,000.The working hours are 9am - 5:30pm, however there is flexibility with these. For example, if you wanted to work 8am - 4:30pm.
