Job Description

Transport CoOrdinator The North West Transport Co Ordinator is a part time Administrative position based in Warrington. This role is an important position to assist the AASC Contract which provides Housing for Asylum seekers across the Northwest and East/West Midland areas.This role is crucial to ensure all transportation needs are met, as well as ensuring compliance within the AASC Contract across the NW. Transport Co Ordinators will liaise with Staff, Service Users, External Agenise and Partners.

  1. Ensuring the smooth running of all Service Users Dispersal or relocation.
  2. Supporting the Transport team with day-to-day duties surrounding the North West.
  3. Completing Monthly assurance checks of all sites.
  4. Liaising with stakeholders and external agencies as well as Service Users.
Hours/Contract duration.Staff will work 3 days per week (mon-fri) 8am-4pm/9am-5pm. Working days will primarily be Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday however days do have the potential to change, and staff must be flexible if required to work a different pattern.Essential Requirements:
  • Previous experience in administrative roles
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Previous experience dealing with Landlord/tenants
  • Previous experience working in the Transportation or Property environment.
  • Immediate starts
  • Good IT skills
  • Enhanced DBS or willing to have a DBS
Desirable Requirements:
  • Current Emergency First Aid at Work Certificate
  • Driving Licence
