Job Description

As a Temporary Customer Experience Advisor you will be responding to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner using various mutli-channels.Client DetailsOur client is a leading business that creates cost-effective, environmentally sustainable solutions for waste and they are looking for a Temporary Customer Experience Advisor to join their Warrington team on a temp to perm basis!DescriptionAs a Temporary Customer Experience Advisor you will be:

  • Responding to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner using various channels.
  • Positively impact overall customer satisfaction scores and encourage retention.
  • Updating information on CRM systems.
  • Dealing with customer complaints.
  • Provide a resolution in line with agreed KPIs, including 90% of all enquiries acknowledged and responded within 4 hours.
ProfileTo be successful in this role:
  • Experience within customer service, particularly a contact centre environment
  • A commitment to providing an excellent customer service experience.
  • GCSE in Maths and English C+ or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Negotiating and influencing skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure.
  • Able to work as part of a team.
  • Good planning and organisational skills.
