Job Description

STRUCTURAL ENGINEER - WARRINGTONSalary: £30-£35kWe are looking for a Structural Engineer to join our clients professional team in Warrington. A mix of remote and office work available for the right candidate.You will:

  • Carry out site visits
  • Produce designs and specifications on a variety of projects using a range of software including AUTOCAD and TEDDS
  • Write reports
  • Produce structural design calculation packages
  • Ensure the technical quality of design, through implementation of best practice and continuous improvement processes
  • Work as part of the team, liaising directly with clients, architects and builders
You will need:
  • At least 3 years experience
  • An Engineering degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • To be able to produce structural engineering calculations and deliver design solutions on projects to a high standard
  • To have relevant experience in the design and specification of building structures to relevant codes of practice
  • To have a sound knowledge of BIM and the ability to implement the use of 3D structural design on projects
  • To be able to consider safety in design and develop design solutions to eliminate health and safety risks
