  • 08:00 hrs to 20:00 hrs (Days)
  • 20:00 hrs to 08:00 hrs (Nights)
Location - Southwold Crescent, Great Sankey, Warrington, WA5 3JSThe Role:As a Senior Dementia Carer you will have responsibility for the delivery of exceptional care to a designated group of residents. The Senior Dementia Carer will ensure that at all times residents are treated with respect and dignity, and that all interventionsare delivered with empathy, and focus on strengths of the resident.You will need to be understanding and patient towards residents and their needs, and encourage, assist and support residents to participate in appropriate leisure activities and activities in daily living.About you:You will be an ambassador of Orchard Care Homes, liaising with GPs, health professionals and the residents families and friends, always promoting a professional and caring image of the home whilst championing our 6 core values; Enjoy Life, Welcoming, Kind,Professional, Positive and Respectful.Whilst its not imperative that you have a Level 3 qualification in health and social care, you need to possess your Level 2 and have a desire to achieve your Level 3 via our career pathway.About us:Welcome to Green Park Care Home - A specialist residential, nursing, dementia residential and short-term respite care home in Warrington.Located in Great Sankey, Warrington, Green Park Care Home provides residential, nursing, short term respite and dementia care to 101 residents.Orchard Care Homes has a strong reputation in the care industry for running and managing care homes across the UK.
