Job Description

SC Cleared Desktop Support We have an exciting new opportunity to join a market company, you will join the team that provides the highest level of support to provide support and be involved in upgrade projects for a growing customer base.We are looking for a candidate that has excellent technical and interpersonal skills with, preferably with experience working for a IT solutions provider previously in a Service Desk role.The company heavily invest in their employees and have a fantastic friendly working culture. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and established organisation that can offer a long term career with consistent learning and progression.Essential Skills and Experience

  • Support customers needs by dealing with reported incidents from ticketing systems.
  • Desktop and telephone Support within the contracted SLA.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Server, Desktop Support and Citrix
  • Basic knowledge of Citrix products such as XenApp and XenDesktop.
  • Working knowledge of Group Policy & basic Networking
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Office 365 technologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Possess the ability to work under pressure in a fastmoving environment.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated team player
