Job Description

Retail Operations Manager | Manchester | Salary up to £40kZachary Daniels are currently recruiting for a Retail Operations Manager for a really exciting retail brand. We are looking for a Manager who is commercial, customer centric and can develop a team to drive customer service at all times and have a directimpact on the business and their future direction.Benefits:

What we want in our new Retail Operations Manager:
  • Manage a team to achieve the highest levels of sales and service at all times
  • Support the head of retail in delivering the retail plan across the stores
  • Overseeing new store opening across the UK, and into international locations.
  • Project management, and prioritising multiple projects at a time
  • Managing profit and loss for the portfolio of stores
  • Work closely with store manager, to prioritise work load and communicate clearly
Skills and qualities needed:
    • Minimum of 3 years working in a Head Office environment
    • Full clean driving license
    • Confident with Microsoft, including Excel
    • Experience managing multiple sites, and or pop up sites
    • Experience of operating stores in Spain/Italy/Netherlands/Ireland desirable
The successful candidate will own the delivery and operation of a diverse retail portfolio spanning 5 countries. The ideal candidate will have a breadth of multinational experience of opening and operating stores across Europe. Someone who can improve thecurrent status quo and bring new ideas and processes to streamline our store operation and deliver efficiencies.
