Quantity Surveyor £40,000-£65,000 + Company Car + Benefits Package Warrington An Exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with Residential experience to join a growing housebuilder who pride themselves on building quality timber frame homes. Are you a Quantity Surveyor from a residential background looking for your next challenge Are you looking to play a significant role in an, up and coming, housebuilders success Are you looking to join a growing company with progression opportunities to management This reputable housebuilder specialise in new build properties both in and around greater Manchester. This company build timber frame traditional build homes with quality being at the heart of each of their developments. This company work on developments of100-300 units and turnover around 50-70 units per year. Although this is a fairly new company they have already built a strong reputation in the industry and have ambitious growth plans followed by a thorough 5 year growth plan. Their growth plan will seethem increase their units per year to 600. Due to this growth they are looking to expand their commercial department by recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor. The ideal candidate will have previous Quantity Surveying experience in the residential sector and have the ambition to drive a company to success. You will be joining a Commercial department made of a Director, Surveyors, Estimators and Buyers. Reporting to the Managing Surveyor your duties will include sub-contractor management, weekly, monthly and quarterly cost reporting, picking up and amending variationsin plans, producing tending documents and producing valuations and cash flow forecasts.
