Job Description

Job TitleProject Systems Engineer Employment TypeContract Estimated Duration- 12 months This role has been deemed inside of IR35.LocationWarringtonSummary:An incredible opportunity has become available to have the chance of working with a major engineering consultancy, specialising in the development of key nuclear projects driven by nuclear experts across the UK and world. The need is for you as a project systemsengineer to be responsible for reporting directly to the lead control systems engineer, to help develop and drive the delivery of the control system design. This opportunity will allow you to liaise with the lead control systems engineer to help maintain anddrive the systems.

  • Are you an experienced project systems engineer with a minimum HNC/HND qualification in electrical systems
  • Do you have previous experience of utilising and maintaining control systems
  • Would you be interested in working with a leading engineering company to provide your support to the development of key nuclear projects across the UK

As a Project Systems Engineer, you will drive the development of key projects by meeting the requirements for optioneering, solution inspired, design decommissioning, operating plant asset care, infrastructure, and new builds.Qualifications and Key Skills:
  • You will need to demonstrate previous experience of control systems in a plant environment, with a minimum HNC/HND qualification in electrical systems and experience with multiple projects.
  • Development of sequence interaction diagrams
  • Production of SCADA MIMIC drawings and specifications
  • Production of SCADA and PLC user requirement specifications
  • You will Understand and interpret process plant sequence interaction definition documents
  • Developing and interpreting process plant sequence interaction definition documents
  • Developing and interpreting network architecture drawings
  • Interpreting engineering flow diagrams or (P&IDs)
  • You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
