Job Description

More progression opportunities than you can shake a stick at!As our Warrington-based clients next Project Coordinator, youll be based in funky offices, and youll be joining a sociable bunch. They organise monthly social events such as parties with bucking broncos, charity events, pizzas, prize draws. The list goeson!There is a clear progression path with the role - the most senior level being an Account Director. You will get full training and support, and all the tools you need to succeed.   • Salary: £23k - £25k D.O.E.
  • Hours: 9AM - 5:30PM, Mon to Fri (1 hour lunch)
  • Location: Warrington - own transport is essential due to the remote location
  • Option for hybrid working once trained: 2 days in the office/3 days Working from Home / Remote

What will you be doing as the Project CoordinatorYou will be supporting the Account Management team. Your teams role is to manage the campaigns/ projects from start to finish, ensuring they stay on track. They liaise between the clients and the internal teams to make decisions throughout the project andthey handle any issues that crop up along the way.You will be helping to facilitate the smooth running and organisation of the projects. You will be involved in:
  • Writing up the client briefs.
  • Sitting in on client and internal meetings to keep track of where things are up to.
  • Completing project paperwork and uploading to the system.
  • Helping to map out customer journeys.
  • Updating project trackers.
  • Liaising with internal teams.
What do you need in order to be considered for the role of Project Coordinator
  • Good knowledge of MS Office packages.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Confidence in dealing with different stakeholders.
  • A desire to learn and develop.
