Job Description

Are you an experienced Panel Beater with paint spraying experience looking for your next challenge We are on the lookout for an experienced Panel Beater who will also Paint-Spray vehicles to join an incredible family business in their purpose built facility in Warrington.Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9:00am - 5:00pm)Salary: £32,000 per annum + bonusThe successful candidate must have experience in all aspects of car and light commercial body repair and paintwork who can work on their own initiative and to tight deadlines.This is an exciting role working as part of our small team, but the role does requires close attention to detail and the successful candidate will need to ensure the correct processes and procedures are carried out to the highest standards to enable theflow of constant work without interruption or reworking of jobs.Daily Duties Include:

  • Some fit and strip work
  • Repair work to include some panel replacements and fabrication
  • Dent repairs to high standard
  • Quick, efficient, high standard prep and masking
  • Paint spraying to high standard using water based and solvent paints (where required)
  • Flat and polish to high standard
  • Ability to identify repairs and best methods
  • Prioritising work efficiently to meet deadlines
You will assist with carrying out repairs to all vehicles on day to day types of damage and also full resprays, restoration and custom work. Giving the successful applicant a varied and interesting role with much job satisfaction.The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • A Full Driving licence - Essential
  • Prior experience within a Car Parts orientated role
  • Experience of Panel Beating
  • Experience Paint-Spraying Vehicles
  • The ability to speak to customers face-to-face confidently
  • Punctuality
  • Be reliable
  • High quality - this is important as they take pride in their work
  • Attention to detail
