Job Description

Operations Co-ordinator / Birchwood / £22,000 - £23,000 / Permanent / Excellent Benefits / Leading OrganisationNC Associates are working with a UK leading organisation based in Birchwood, assisting in recruiting an Operations Co-ordinator. As the Operations Co-ordinator you will work closely with their Operations Manager and Engineering Team to help deliver exceptionalcustomer service.Duties

  • Scheduling planned maintenance works with customers.
  • Dealing with reactive calls - providing first line support to the customer and scheduling an engineer where required.
  • Processing engineer reports and sending to customers.
  • Assisting the engineering team.
  • Handling customer queries.
