If you are someone who has experience as a Office Manager or a Senior Administratorthen this could be the perfect opportunity for you!Client DetailsOur client is one the most forward thinking, successful Law Firms. They have a Global presence and have grown their Warrington office over the last few years. They have recently relocated to the Albert Docks and have award winning offices!DescriptionThe main responsibilities of the Office Manager are:

  • To oversee all staff training and development
  • Organise meetings and take minutes
  • Create meeting packs and follow up with action planner
  • Diary management
  • Assisting with HR with staff appraisals and training
  • People management
  • Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels
  • Producing reports
  • Creating presentations and other management-level reports
ProfileThe successful Office Manager will posses:
  • Previous management experience
  • Strong administration skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload
